I purchased a bag of 250, 300 AAC Blackout brass from Top Brass. I was very impressed. All of the cases fit flawlessly in the case gauge. Primers all loaded smoothly and snug. I even fully loaded some ammo without resizing the cases. They were perfect that way. I would have bough the 1,000 case jug if i had know for sure that the primer pockets would be as perfect as these are given that most of this brass is once fired military. But the primer pockets are reamed to remove any crimping. I will definitely buying more Top Brass cases.

I purchased 500 of these awhile back, load ready as stated by Top Brass. The condition of the cases were terrible. Huge burrs, inside and outside of the case mouth, almost none of them would fit a Sheridan case gauge. Primer pockets were filthy with a lot of gunk, which I might have overlooked if the case mouths weren't so bad. Trim length had a 7 thousandths differential, but most were 1.358" – 1.362", which is acceptable, though I chose to trim down to 1.358. Primer pockets were swaged\decrimped, thank god because I would have just sent them back if they weren't. A good portion of the cases also had bulges in the body, which could have been from use in a belt fed weapon. Bottom line they required many hours of work to condition into load ready brass, and many went in the trash bin. Now, customer service was responsive, but in my opinion their response was inadequate, they sent me another 250 cases, and all had the same problems. Would I buy from them again? Well, they were cheaper than most other options, and in the end reloading is a hobby for me so I value money over time in that respect, so maybe I'll give them another chance, but if they don't square away their issues with their brass work, IMO selling this as "load ready" brass is misleading at minimum.

If you want to go through ad ream out all the primer pockets yourself to be sure and what to check every case for size and spec, even after running through a sizer die, then these are for you. These are not cheap enough for the bs. About 2/3 are good, ready to be used brass. You're going to get real mad finding the other 1/3.
