As usual RCBS carbide dies are well made and with one of the best warranty and support around. For example, I had a question, so I called RCBS support, I was waiting my turn to speak to an advisor when I got pulled away for an important call. I just hung up the phone, I'll call back later. They called me back on their own. That's what I call service and support.

I ordered 2 sets of rcbs reloading dies i received the first set no problem but the second set has yet to arrive. I ordered back in early feb. I understand that sometimes things take a little longer on back order but it has been almost 2 months now and i have seen the dies i order showing up on other sites. This is my first time dealing with optics site and was looking forward to finding a good reliable source. I will give them a little more time then I will cancel the order and find a more reliable source. I hope they can take care of this soon because I like their website and would like to do business with them. hopefully we can get this resolved soon.
