After testing Civil Defense, these groups were impressed by the way the projectile erupts upon impact. The only concern was the lack of penetration. Liberty Ammunition addressed this issue! OVERWATCH projectiles are designed to function similarly to Civil Defense projectiles but offer increased weight for deeper penetration.
