I've had this turret for several weeks now and can't recommend it enough. This reloader is extremely well built and solid. I have no doubt that this will serve me well over the long term.I ordered a riser but found one included in the deluxe kit which is perfectly welcome since I reload multiple calibers. I certainly recommend buying multiple trays for each caliber you reload. Thankfully these components are fairly inexpensive.

This product has been around for long enough there are plenty of detailed reviews. I'll offer a couple of quick thoughts.1). You can turn off the auto-index and batch reload when your a new reloaded to really learn the process and be meticulous. Once you have good habits the indexing feature of the turret press will allow you to speed up your reloading.2). The manual is actually a nice change of pace from the typical tech manual feel. Lee uses a familiar voice in how he instructs and it isn't a a dry as other manuals. Additionally, his reloading tables have more information in terms of powder types and bullet types at the various grains. Being able to look at multiple charts for 115gr 9mm was helpful to not only develop a plinking load, but also find a powder that I could use for HP or 124gr.

Great product used it he first weekend not being good at was still able to load 300 rounds of .9mm. Progressive stage is defiantly the way to go going to buy another soon that way i dont have to change out powder for different calibers that and everyone in the family wants to use it so i might get the next one to myself.

The turret press was easy to put together and use. Reloaded 100 rounds of 44 mag in no time. Keep a 1/4 wrench close by to make adjustments as needed. Will recommend to my friends. Competitive price. Lee customer service is pretty good with their information.

Everything you need to start reloading. You will need to buy turrets and dies for each caliber that you want to load for. It is also a good idea to buy a bullet puller because you will make mistakes and you will need to pop the bullet out to recheck everything. I've used mine to load hundreds of 9mm and 45ACP. There are plenty of videos out there to help you set it up. Lee makes a great product and I highly recommend.

After much research as a first time reloader, I decided to purchase this kit as I didn't want to spend the money for a progressive press from Dillon as newbies are generally advised to start out with a single stage press. I am reloading only 9mm, .380 and 10mm as of now and a single stage is just to slow for any type of volume reloading. That is where this Lee classic turret press shines. It gives the ability to produce 100-200/hr depending on your speed/setup/experience, but also lets you run as a single stage if the need arises. I have reloaded about 200 rds so far with it and it has been great, very smooth and easy to setup, although some of the directions are a bit vague. I am very happy with my purchase as I had a 10% off coupon and free shipping! It was delivered 3 days later for a total cost of $189!! Nowhere online can you get this kit "new" and delivered for that price. If you are on the fence about this kit, buy it, you will not regret it!
