I did a lot of research online (probably too much), and the results consistently showed Hornady Critical Duty and Critical Defense performed well. I use this for my full-size pistols. I keep one pistol as a bedside gun. I have an ammo can of 100 rounds of this plus Hornady Critical Defense rifle ammunition for emergencies.
Practice To Get Better –
Shoots very, very well in my Beretta PX4 no matter how fast I pull the trigger. Not one single misfire either; in any of my guns. I feel very comfortable carrying this as my EDC even in public places. I’m the kind of guy that doesn’t want over Penetration.
