The product is good, but the bushings that come with this kit are .304, .306, and .308. I personally wanted the .308 and .310 because I purchased a .309 when I ordered this set. I’ll be purchasing the .310 at a later date.

It would appear that you’re a little slow on your delivery although the final leg of delivery came to the United States post office maybe that’s a reason for it so anyway hang in there it’s a good good product too

I purchased this to shoulder bump only. It does not bump the shoulder back enough to pass headspace or chamber easily in my rifle. I followed the directions and watched several videos online with no success. For me, this was nothing but a waste of money. It is, however, very well made and appears to be of high quality.

Jon: The Forester bump die kit includes the die and the bushings… not the RCBS headspace micrometer to measure shoulder setback. Also included with the RCBS mic headspace gauge (available here at Optics Planet) is a plastic bullet to find the cartridge overall length. Assuming you have a Forester press the RCBS headspace gauge helps us adjust and set the lockring on the die which adjusts the amount we are able to push the case shoulder back.Wnere you set the lockring on the die will determine how far you can push the shoulder back.you can also purchase a Forester neck tension gauge (optics planet) to help set the neck tension. I don't remember getting the bushing I needed in the kit and got bushings I really didn't want and had to buy another bushing which was no problem.Horniday has a threaded case and comparator tool set that can be used to find the maxium cartridge length and can also be used to find and set headspace (which is in no way a replacement for the RCBS mic set).Once you have the correct measurment tool… now you can set the shoulder back to its correct position every time by adjusting the lockring on the die. Same thing with your full length sizing die.Our main objective in precision measurement is to prevent setting the shoulder back to far creating to much headspace which can be very problematic.

I own probably 6-7 of these and every one of them produces great, match quality performance. I love Forster dies in general. I like the bushing dies as I can control neck tension this way. It’s more complicated than a full length (non bushing) sizing die, but my brass lasts longer and my ES tightens up a little bit vs non bushing sizing dies.I love the value with Forster dies. They’re more affordable than other brands but just as good in my opinion. I’ve used these for a long time and am completely happy with them.
