Great round for rats, small squirrels etc. Nice to use when worried about penetration. I use mine out of my Ruger Single Six pistol. Work great. You can get more distance out of the pattern with a rifle versus a pistol. Great showoff round to your unaware friends who will think you are a great pistol shooter when in reality you used some scatter shot. LOL!
